LD is published in numerous journals and online magazines, and has published a book of poetry and creative non-fiction, Phoenix Song. They also co-edited an anthology about radical mental health with Kelechi Ubozoh, We’ve Been Too Patient. They have an MFA in Creative Writing, they have attended numerous residencies and workshops for various genres of writing, and their work has been a finalist for several awards. Their graphic novel collaboration with artist Jamie Kiemle Journey to the Enchanted Inkwell is a romantasy about queer and non-binary nuns in medieval Europe. This work is on submission to publishers now through their agent.
